About the Role

We are looking for a smart, dedicated, flexible, and motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level, full-time position. This role is ideal for a Sir Arthur Lewis Community College graduate with a background in Software/Programming (especially Web Development) or a strong interest in the field. The successful candidate will primarily handle Technical Customer Support for our WordPress plugins, with opportunities to assist in administrative tasks and Web Development over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Address customer support tickets related to our WordPress plugins. Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and assist users with technical inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Conduct outreach to potential clients, schedule meetings, and provide follow-ups.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with existing local clients and occasionally visit their locations if needed.
  • Long-Term Growth: As skills develop, assist in Website and Web Application development, including WordPress maintenance and updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

✓ A graduate of Sir Arthur Lewis Community College (or Monroe College) with a focus on Software/Programming or Web Development.

✓ No moonlighting! This is a full-time position.

✓ Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn, with a keen interest in WordPress and Web Technologies.

✓ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and debug technical issues.

✓ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

✓ Organized, reliable, and flexible in handling multiple tasks.

Probation & Training

This position includes a 3-month probation period, during which YOU will undergo training in our WordPress plugins and Customer Support processes.
